Non Sequitur Beer - Brooklyn, NY

Non Sequitur Beer Project started making its hoppy and oddly-named craft beers in October 2019, starting off with contract brewing. Before COVID lock-downs forced Non Sequitur Beer to change course, it made pop-up taprooms in non-conventional spaces, like museums and movie theaters, a thing. Now with its own space located in Bushwick, Non Sequitur Beer makes it a point to donate a percentage of sales to various causes, as well as hosting local trash clean-up events in exchange for a pint.

Non Sequitur Beer Project brews one-off specialty "thoughtfully hoppy" beers from on-the-fly recipes utilizing the coolest new experimental hops available. Non Sequitur Beer prefers the unconventional, from its history of starting off with pop-up taprooms in unusual spaces to its creative graphics, labels, and brew names, like "Im A Wreck RN" and "To The 5 Boros." Non Sequitur Beer has settled down to its own location in Bushwick, where it can continue to host Emo Night and donate to charities.
